You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, boxes and tags must be included with your return.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
