Konoc’s NEW luggage tags are the ideal gift for anyone who loves to travel, or would make a lovely wedding gift for the honeymoon.

Tag your luggage in style, make it noticeable on the conveyor belt at the airport and know it can be easily traced back to you if misplaced. 

Create your own combination of colours and have up to four lines of text, so you can choose what info you want on them.  

Perfect Birthday present, something different for mothers/fathers day or how about engraving a special message for a 3rd wedding anniversary - traditionally celebrated with leather!

British sourced leather. Handcrafted in our studio in Surrey. All the text is hand-stamped and not made using a machine. Slight marks can be made during the hammering process and alignment of letters can be slightly off, we feel this adds to their unique charm of your hand made book mark.

Wrapped in our branded tissue. Minimum waste but still beautifully wrapped. 

Currently our delivery times are a little longer than usual. We are shipping all orders off 1st class Royal mail and should take 4-8 days from order date. If you have any questions please contact us.

You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.

Returns that are damaged or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, boxes and tags must be included with your return.


Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.

How do I find the products I am looking for?
You can use the Search box in the top right hand corner of the page, or select  one of the collections along the top navigation bar.

Which methods of payment do you accept online?
The site accepts Paypal, apple pay and credit card payments.

How do I know when my order has been received?
An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 2-4 days. It then takes around 1-2 days for delivery within the Uk. Currently delivery is a little longer than usual.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
No, all orders go 1st or 2nd class Royal mail, all small items can go through your letter box, larger items will need some one to be in to receive them, but no signature required. 

What if I’m not in when you deliver?
If you are not there to receive your delivery, you will be left a card by Royal Mail saying the package can be picked up at your nearest Post Depot.

Do you deliver to post office boxes addresses?
No unfortunately I do not.

Do you deliver to other countries besides the UK?
Yes, delivery is worldwide. See the delivery page for shipping costs and delivery time. This might vary while their are shipping issues due to Covid 19.

Will my order be giftwrapped?
All items are individually wrapped in branded tissue paper with branded stickers.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
You reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched you will need to return the item as stated on the returns page.

Will my personal details be shared with anyone?
Konoc does not share your personal information with outside parties. Konoc does not store any credit or debit card information. When you place an order or register with Konoc your details are only used to create an account and you will only be contacted if you subscribe to the newsletter. All information is confidential.

How do I unsubscribe myself from receiving the newsletter?
There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every newsletter you receive.
